A workshop manager at a large underground mine in the Netherlands had the same entry in his maintenance log every two months: radiator failure. After switching to SINRUI, that changed. This is what happened.
Standard radiators weren't holding up. The underground environment — high humidity, corrosive air, constant vibration — was destroying fins and gaskets in around 60 days. Every failure triggered the same sequence: disassembly, packaging, international shipping to a specialist repair center, and a wait of up to four weeks before the machine was back online.
The financial damage went well beyond the part itself. Logistics alone ran into thousands of dollars per incident. And because on-site repair wasn't possible, the workshop had no way to shorten the downtime — they could only wait.
Three specific issues drove the cost:
SINRUI developed a customized copper-tube radiator for both machines — the CAT AD30 underground truck and the CAT R1600H load haul dump. The design addressed each of the three failure modes directly.

2. Total cost comparison
Standard radiators under these conditions need replacement approximately every two months. Over four years, that is 24 replacement cycles — each one carrying logistics, labor, and downtime costs on top of the part price.
SINRUI offers a four-year warranty on the same unit. The cost of one SINRUI radiator covers the period in which a conventional product would be replaced 24 times. The savings on logistics and lost production alone are substantial.
SINRUI recently completed delivery of eight radiators to the Netherlands — four units for CAT AD30 underground trucks and four for CAT R1600H loaders.
Each unit passed ultra-high-pressure testing and simulated operational validation before shipping. The design also incorporates static electricity dissipation, an important safety consideration in underground environments where autonomous systems and electronic controls operate continuously.
This is SINRUI's first supply to this operation. It represents entry into a demanding market segment — European hard-rock underground mining — where equipment reliability standards are high and procurement decisions are scrutinized carefully.

SINRUI's involvement doesn't end at the point of sale. Engineering teams conduct annual on-site inspections to monitor performance and identify issues before they become failures. Customers receive support through the full lifecycle — from production and shipping through to underground installation and commissioning.
SINRUI products are operating in underground and surface mining applications across North America, South America, Europe, and Australia. The Netherlands delivery is part of a broader track record in demanding, export-market environments.
