I. Core Heat Exchange Components

Heat Exchange Coil: As the core heat exchange element of the equipment, it runs through the entire radiator core. Copper tube is adopted as the standard configuration, which delivers the optimal heat dissipation and exchange efficiency. Alternatively, it can be customized with 304/316 stainless steel tube as required.

Heat Exchange Fin: Blue clean aluminum foil fin is the standard configuration. It features excellent corrosion resistance, high-efficiency heat dissipation and a long service life with outstanding comprehensive performance. Stainless steel fin is available as an alternative option, which has inferior heat dissipation, corrosion resistance and service life compared with aluminum foil fin, and is only suitable for working conditions with low heat dissipation requirements from customers.

II. Basic Supporting Components

Cooling Fan: Accelerates air circulation and improves the overall heat exchange efficiency.

Equipment Frame: The standard material is steel coil / galvalume coil, which has inherent basic anti-corrosion performance and is suitable for various general industrial environments. For equipment installed in coastal/near-coastal areas, additional anti-corrosion paint coating can be applied to enhance corrosion resistance.

Other Standard Components: Complete control system + cable system, protective grille and safety protection components are included as standard.

Optional Component: Anti-freezing device, which can be additionally installed and configured according to the ambient temperature requirements of customers' application sites.

III. Key Auxiliary Connection Component

Header: Stainless steel is used as the standard material, featuring a high cost performance and suitable for regular working conditions. For customers with high-standard requirements, it can be upgraded to copper tube material.
