Working Principle

  1. Hot process fluid (such as cooling water, ethylene glycol, oil, or other heat transfer fluids) flows through the heat exchange coil in the dry cooler.
  2. The fan drives ambient air through the coil, transferring and removing heat from the fluid.
  3. Before entering the heat exchanger, airflow passes through protective louvers and insect & sand mesh, reducing the impact of dust, sand and foreign particles.
  4. The cooled fluid returns to the system to form a closed loop.
