A customer of SINRUI Mining in Indonesia experienced severe radiator aging on their CAT D8R bulldozers.

The original aluminum AMOCS-type radiators used modular cores sealed with rubber gaskets. Over time, the seals deteriorated under constant heat and vibration.

As the gaskets failed, coolant began to leak. Several aluminum modules loosened and corroded, reducing cooling efficiency and causing frequent downtime.

To address these issues, SINRUI Mining supplied copper fin-tube radiators to replace the AMOCS structure.

The copper design offers better heat transfer, stronger resistance to oxidation and vibration, and a longer service life.

After installation, the upgraded radiators delivered stable cooling performance and extended maintenance intervals—providing a durable, low-maintenance solution for continuous mining operations.
