01 Modular design:
All components are of modular design that saves the designing and fabrication time. Tailored design are available to meet the customer's needs.
02 Easy Installation:
Lifting eyes are provided for lifting and handling that allows elevated installation in a group. Optimized structure design, minimal steel usage.
03 Control System:
PID controller provided for precise temperature control. VSD (Variable Speed Drive) for fans. Each fan is compartmentalized from each other, the temperature can be controlled separately. The failure of one fan will not affect the running of the other fans. The air short-circuit is not possible.
04 High Reliability:
The metal sheets are reinforced by multiple forming and pressing. It can be handled by crane or forklift. The tubes are hy-draulically expanded to ensure tight contact between tubes and fins which is the key for excellent heat transfer property.
05 Clean Tubes:
The tubes and manifold are clean internally, no discoloration. The interior surface of the coils are 100% inspected by the endoscope.
